Frequently Asked Questions What areas do you cover? Over the last year E&D Cleaning Services has been continuously growing and expanding to cover all areas in London within and around the M25. How do you ensure the quality of the cleaning? Most of our cleaners are with at least two years commercial cleaning experiences. They have been trained by our specialised team to uphold our expected high standards. Team coordinators and head cleaners ensure that the cleaners are well organised at the site and are monitored constantly. The supervisor is the point of contact for your site manager/coordinator making the cleaning process easily monitored and controlled. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials? We as a company are responsible for all the materials and equipment, required to get the cleaning job done. The quoted rate includes the provision of cleaning materials and equipment. For difficult access area such as high skylights we will either quote separate for any access equipment required, such as scaffolding, or whether it can be coordinated and provided by your company. How easy is it to book a cleaning service? Its very easy to book us. You can contact us online, by e-mail, call us or fax through your booking. We usually require a site inspection in order to give you the most appropriate quote, as well as to discuss your needs and see any difficult access areas that will need to be cleaned. Our quotes are quiet competitive on the market. What about health and safety? We value the health and safety of our workers and others very high and put great emphasis. All our cleaners have received health and safety training and additional training has been provided for working on construction sites. One of the job of the team supervisors is to monitor that health and safety rules are followed all the time. What about damages?We will, of course, treat the property with the greatest of care. However, accidents can occasionally happen. We are fully insured for such occurrences, and should any damage or breakage occur whilst we are cleaning your site, we will undertake to replace or repair the item. What method of payment do you accept?We accept all types of payments including cheque, transfer, standing order, cash and credit/debit card.
